Can someone please give
Me some guidance on what this means? It's up and down.

Partner and I TTC, I take irregular periods so don't know when ovulating.

Docs won't test until it's been exactly a year since off the pill which is October

Someone suggested the thermometer tracking just don't know what this means on my chart? Only start last week

Hi!
I'm a year in October too and periods not regular yet so know how you feel!

Your bbt will go up and down, mine seems to go quite low when I'm ovulating then gradually higher after ovulation. But you need to look at your chart as a whole and be charting every day at the same time.
5 days of charting isn't really enough to know anything xx

Are you using a thermometer to 2 decimal places? You need to do it consistently for a good couple of months to understand your cycle. Keep going, take it at the same time each day and then hopefully you'll see a pattern with your cycle. The earlier part of your cycle before ovulation will be lower than the second part after ovulation.

Try reading the booking taking charge of your fertility. That's got lots about temping.
