Hi! I have attached my cycle below- I've got very very sore tender nipples and (TMI) thick and creamy discharge. As you can see I haven't DTD much this month however have these symptoms but I'm not sure if this is just something people get at this point in their cycle maybe? I have been exhausted these past few days also. Any options or advice?!
