33 & Irregular Cycles - What supplements would you recommend?

So we weren't successful conceiving between Nov-Feb just gone, decided not to try currently during COVID19. Will resume this Nov/Dec all things being well.
I have had some preliminary tests due to very sudden irregular cycles, been off the pill for the year before we started to really go for it as it were. My very random cycles appeared 5 months or so after being off the pill, most are fluctuating between 34-39 days, very odd ones have been 49, 60 and 48 days within 6 months of eachother hence prelim investigations.
So a hormone blood test in Dec came back normal so I then had an ultrasound and one ovary is within normal limits of cysts, the other one at the time of the ultrasound I was told was more cystic. When I officially got my results they said it was satisfactory and to go back for more hormone tests in 6-12months after the covid situation has died down.
My GP obviously advised I loose weight, which I want to do but I'm not massive, just into size 16 jeans, I am fatter than in should be with a BMI of 31 but to look at me you wouldn't say obese just chubby/ fat/ overweight. I know this may help, I've read around and I am trying.
I'm 12st 10lbs 5ft 2/3. Finding it hard to loose weight on lockdown, I'm not snacking and don't buy shit, eat very well (No processed food, all fresh, rarely have frozen veg even) and gluten free due to IBS.
I've lost weight before at the gym, this is really what I need to loose it as I find it hard to motivate myself alone at home.
Anyway, I probably need Metformin by won't get this anytime soon and GP will probably ask me to loose weight first, I'm not giving up on loosing weight, it's just not a quick fix and I'm mindful of my age.
So, what supplements did you have, do you swear by any?
I was taking pregnacare but stopped, I read they can make periods irregular?

I have PCOS so very irregular periods.
Currently taking metformin and myo-inositol but have only been on it a few weeks.
Losing weight is honestly the be all and end all with stuff like this, and without sounding harsh, you clearly don't 'eat well' if your BMI is that high. Maybe try a workout DVD at home?

Thanks. I eat well now basically, for a year or two I didn't due to stress but have been pretty good since before Christmas so I'm not putting weight on anymore, haven't for months and months, I've lost a couple of pounds but not as much as I would have at the gym.
Do you think it's just the weight? I don't get it as I know so many people who literally are massive old size 20+ who just fall pregnant!
