Hi all,

So Iv had 2 chemicals in a row! According to my 27 day cycle I should be on my period today. Iv done a few different tests and it come up positive. I'm absolutely terrified of losing this one now.

I don't know how to tell my husband if this is real as I don't want him to be heartbroken again! Any advice? Pictures are here let me know what you think x

They look like very positive lines to me! Congratulations!

I’d say those are pretty clear lines and that you’re definitely pregnant! Congratulations!

There’s no reason that this pregnancy will turn into a chemical just because you’ve had 2 previously. I know the worrying is awful though. I myself suffered a mc at 8/9 weeks and then a chemical so I know nothing would make me not worry if I get a bfp again.

But try to stay positive. I’d tell your oh so that he can share in the good news, and be a support for each other whichever way it goes. But right now there’s no reason to believe that anything is going to go wrong!!

In regards to tell your husband, understandably if things don’t go to plan, it will be hard. But he would want to be able to support you both through the pregnancy and a loss of things didn’t end well? Xx

Congratulations

@Milkshake54 yes that is correct but due to the two previous miscarriages in a row i don't want to get his hopes up and then miscarry again! This would be the 3rd time if I do x

@BYHA12 I've already had two as well but my OH has said he'd rather know what's going on so he can support me but not everyone's the same good luck

Milkshake54 · 06/05/2020 16:40

@BYHA12 I guess just put yourself in his shoes, how would you feel if he kept something like that from you?
But as a PP said, you know your situation best - so only you know what to do for the best
