Hi 2007Millie,

I've also just started taking Myo-Inositol but I'm not taking metformin with them. I have been taking for 9 days and I definitely feel like something is happening period pains on and off and an almost positive opk! My periods stopped in January so I'm hoping it will help!xx

Hi,
I’ve been taking Myo-Inositol for PCOS on and off for about 9 months (had a pause for surgery). My cycles have reduced from 45+ days to 28. I track my cycle using Ovusense and apparently I ovulated on CD15 last month which I don’t think has ever happened! Apart from shortening my cycle the thing I’ve noticed the most since taking Myo-Inositol has been not having the big energy dips throughout the day, so I’m not reaching for the high sugar/carb snacks during the day. I’m not taking anything else so I’m assuming it’s the Myo-Inositol helping!

Does anyone have any recommendation for the best place to get some inositol, I've seenHolland and Barrett do one but didn't know if anyone had better luck with a specific brand?

I also suspect that I have PCOS - no period since Feb and my period has always been irregular but now I'm TTC.
I've been unable to get a concrete diagnosis because of the pandemic which is super frustrating. My doctor advised me to take pregnacare but I'm going to try myo-inositol as well just because of all the good reviews.
I got a brand called Earth's Nurture and I believe it is combined with folate and chromium. Just waiting for it in the post now.
Fingers crossed and good luck!!
