In general experience do OPK's gradually get darker closer to ovulation and then you get a positive? I have had almost positive for 3 days slightly getting darker each day x

Yes, they tend to get darker until ovulation. Everyone is different and don’t get the gradual darkness, sometimes I get really faint lines and then dark lines quite quickly, each month can be different. I’ve attached a few different months of my tests for comparison x

i just started using these to help as we have been TTC for 6 months and the same thing has been happening to me. It seems, on this cycle at least, I ovulate late, currently on day 20 and have the closest thing I have had to a positive result. But same as you OP, it has been getting stronger for last 4 days. Mine are similar to yours unable to post pic as I am a new member. I have period pains on and off mostly on one side and back ache especially this time of day weirdly and TMI but watery CM I keep having to check if I have come on my period x

Never thought of posting a pic. What a good idea. Just did this test. So close but no cigar yet. Not to say we haven't been DTD anyway, just to make sure some swimmers are in there ready. This is most positive test I have had. High hopes for a correct positive tomorrow, randomly on day 21

@louise3393 i can't advise unfortunately, I'm in the same bought. I've had very nearly positive for three morning days but no static smiley, normally I get one day light then positive. How often are you testing x

I'm becoming a bit obsessed with it I am testing 2-3 times a day. Over today they are slightly lighter than previous. Just wish I could pin point where I am in cycle. Do you use the clear blue OPK's? Xx
