Hi everyone I'm looking for some advice, not to go on too long but a bit of background info:

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16 now 27, periods stopped all together and in 2016 on my honeymoon found I was expecting my first child after 2 years of trying and could only put it down to not thinking about falling pregnant with upcoming wedding but did not know you could conceive if you wasn't having periods!

My son is now 3 and we have been TTC again for another 2 years with no luck, last year my periods returned not same day every month but at least one a month and in January they have stopped again :(

I have started taking Myova plus after reading excellent reviews a week ago and have started having period pains on and off for a few days and so I decided to start using OPK's and BBT. I know OPK's are not guaranteed with PCOS!

I have had almost positive OPK's past few days do these get darker closer to ovulation or am I just being hopeful lol! I still have period pains on and off mostly on right hand side and have been tracking my temp in morning which has been:

35.5, 35.8, 35.5, 35.7, 35.7, 35.7, 35.7

Can anyone advise if they think I'm close to ovulating although TTC for a few years I'm no pro at knowing where I am with my cycles as they are all over the place!

Thanks for reading xx

I'm similar to you. Started taking myo-inositol in December which has brought on periods.

What I would say is that I seem to have a lengthy lead up to AF where I get cramps and sore breasts for about a week beforehand.

Could the pain be your period starting and not ovulation?

With ovulation you should feel it distinctly on one side.

Hi ApplePie86,

Oh I'm glad to hear the myo-inositol has helped you, I have only recently started taking it.

It could well be AF on way but from previous symptoms I thought my period would have started by now as usually pains for 2 days before max then period would start. Either way I'd be happy as long as my body was doing something :)

I probably should have added that my CM is very watery and I keep having to go to the toilet to check if I have come on.

I would say the pain is more in the right hand side and is on and off but that could be hopeful thinking!

Xx
