I'm going mad, someone please help!

So it's my first cycle trying and currently 2 weeks late for my period. I have gotten a fair few faint positive IC's, but FRER and CBD have all been negative. I woke up at 5am doubled over in pain with nausea and with shooting pain up my bum, really really bad pain I was going to phone NHS if it persisted. My tummy felt a lot of pressure also. Managed to fall back asleep, woke up and pain is gone and no AF! 😂 feel like my body is tricking me. I don't know what to do? Do I phone docters as I've had faint positives and no period and every other test is negative?

I have attached the faint positive IC, I have been getting these for a couple weeks so don't know why they wouldn't be showing on a different test.

I think you should phone the doctor. It could be a pregnancy of unknown location, e.g. not in the uterus but something small growing somewhere, or could be ectopic even. I think you probably need a check up, OP. Sorry you're going through this

@BKone hello! No worries, unfortunately it was a chemical as I eventually had a really heavy bleed, I think I've had another one since too but no such luck, hoping for my BFP soon 😊 I'm doing good thank you x

@mrsgtobe97 fingers crossed you get a positive soon. Im in the same boat you were during this thread i think. I'm going to force myself to stop testing!! Thank you for replying and im glad to hear you are ok x

@BKone thank you! It's absolutely heartbreaking being in that position I wouldn't wish it on anyone, yeah I would just stop testing, I couldn't get a positive on a clear blue digital which was a sign for me it wasn't going anywhere. It's hard but just try think of the next cycle x
