Hi all, new to Mumsnet so not really savvy on the Acronyms haha.

Me and my partner have been trying for a little jellybean for over a year now, last august we found out we were expecting and over the moon, sadly in the October I found out what I had a missed miscarriage and it was identical twins. Since when, we've been with the thought process of if it happens it happens and not putting stress on it whole situation.
Anyway we found out again last month that we were expecting again only to be told a couple of days after that I had miscarried again. Heartbroken isn't the word.

This month, i am due to start my period on Monday but been having the lightest of light blood (but only when I wipe - sorry if that's TMI) - which NEVER happens before I am due on and for about a week and half, I've been the worst crank ever with mood stings and constant tiredness along with sore nips, feeling sick and dizzy. Also my amazing furbaby has not left my side, everywhere I go he comes, he lies all over me on the couch and falls asleep on my tummy.

In anyone's experience, could these be really early warning signs? I don't want to take a pregnancy test just yet because with my second miscarriage I took a test and the same day I started bleeding so don't really want to tempt fate.

What have all your early warning signs been? Have any of your pets acted up around the time you got pregnant?

Any help and advice would be great Smile
Stay safe everyone Smile

Hi op,

I’m so sorry for your losses. We’ve all been there with the symptom spotting! It’s impossible not to, isn’t it?! All of those signs sound hopeful. My in-law’s dog was very clingy when I was pregnant with DS but I’m not sure if it was an early sign or just later on, my dog was pretty indifferent! The only way to tell is test when you’re ready and I really, really hope this is your month!

Your story stood out to me because I also had a missed miscarriage of twins and then a miscarriage following that. My pregnancy that second miscarriage was with my DS who is now 2. Sending you some positive vibes and hope this will happen for you too x
