Morning All

Came here to rant, I'm so fed up every month of feeling this disappointment I feel like it's really starting to get me down...
It's the lack of control, not knowing what's wrong or how to fix it!

On paper I don't understand..my charts look like this every month so I think I'm ovulating ok but then here I am again staring at a negative pregnancy test.

Any one else feel the same?

I'm 33 and this was month 6

I'd say that is still looking positive as it hasn't started dropping for AF. 10DPO is still very early for a BFP so you're not out of the running just yet!

Thank you for the reply @Juno231
I'll keep my fingers crossed 🤞 I just think it's deflating to see other people's BFPs!

Your chart looks good, hopefully you're just soon with testing. Has your OH had any testing?

nina468 · 01/05/2020 21:18

@PlanBea I really hope so, will see how temps are looking tomorrow before testing again.
He hasn't...I presume we would have to wait a year before having tests, or can you have done privately?

Wow, that's what chart dreams are made of, honestly 😍 you aren't out yet. I know it's so so hard but try not to test at all early. I tested before AF every single cycle for 6 months and it almost broke me. God it was hard to curb the habit but I've been a LOT less stressed not testing early the last 3 months. Keeping everything crossed for you!! And remember, I know it seems like forever, but 6 months is still relatively short, statistics are sometime like only 50% will conceive within 6 months xx

Beau20 · 01/05/2020 21:24

I forgot to say, it's a year before they do tests but you can always go private but it's expensive.

PlanBea · 01/05/2020 21:35

I've not used them but superdrug sell a men's fertility test for not much (~£20?). I had my tests at the GP at 10 months, but DH hasn't had a test yet - I can only dream of graphs like yours though!

Thank you all, you've all made me feel much better with your lovely comments 😊

Still a bfn this morning, slight temp drop but still above cover line

Can kinda see something on the test in a certain light but at the same time already reading blogs ready for my next cycle. Baby dust to all ✨

Hi OP, it took me about 7 months and I had luteal phase spotting so I knew I was out every month really early. I was starting to get really disappointed too. It felt like my life was on hold.

I know everyone says this but on the 7th month I gave up trying and using the ovulation sticks and started planning to do other stuff instead of putting everything on hold in case I got pregnant. That's the month I got pregnant. I'm not saying that will necessarily work, but I did find stopping worrying about it a relief, regardless of whether I'd got pregnant or not.

Good luck!
