Morning everyone

Wondered if anyone had experienced the same or had any advice. I have a DD who was conceived fine with no problem but it seems it isn’t going to be as plain sailing 2nd time round. I had a MC last year and since then have had 3 cycles and I’m now halfway through the 4th.

Cycle 1 and 2 after MC started with sore boobs 7dpo but then resulted in chemicals both times. Cycle 3 I decided to have a month off and did not dtd at all but again sore boobs 7dpo

I am now on cycle 4 7dpo and yet again the sore boobs have started!

I never had sore boobs at all before the MC so I can’t help but think it had something to do with it. I can’t work out if it’s a good or bad thing to have them every month but seeing as I’ve now had 2 chemicals it doesn’t give me much hope that’s is going to help sustain a pregnancy

Ok so i am not a doctor but researched the subject after having my day 21 blood.

7 dpo is supposed to be when your progesterone hits a peak. After that it starts decreasing and becomes very low if no pregnancy.

It’s common to have sore boobs at 7dpo- it makes sense with what is happening in your body. I’d say it a good sign as it means your progesterone is there when it should be (to sustain a pregnancy)

I also have them :)

And also had a mc in december but i don’t think it changed anything - personally i am just more aware of symptoms now (obsession i would say) so focus on the sore boobs etc..

@SunnySideUp2020 thank you for your reply I think you are right I am constantly thinking about every tiny thing, I don’t think I would of noticed before TTC. The mc was horrendous but I tried to tell myself how common it is etc but then 2 additional chemicals have thrown a right spanner in the works!

Are you ttc at the moment?

Hi @Upsydaisyy I’m very sorry for your loss. I had a MMC in February and a CP in March/April. I’ve just had my first proper period and have got the worst sore boobs. I usually get sore boobs before AF then when she arrives they go. I think it’s all to do with hormones and unfortunately It may take a while for our bodies to regulate x

@Sallyjo27 sorry to hear of your loss Flowers

You could be right about the hormones, it does make sense. I told myself I’d be so chilled this month and I kind of was until ovulation now I’m on google spree again!

Are you ttc again yet? Good luck to you x

@Upsydaisyy yes we are this will be my first month tracking and using OKP again. I’m currently on day 6 and still having AF with no signs of it slowing down. usually by day 5 it’s over. Im hoping I ovulate this month x
