Ovulations signs

Hi everyone.
For those who have ovulation signs and also track ovulation with OPKs/devices etc.

At what point do you get your symptoms. Just before a positive, the day of ovulation or just a confirmed ovulation?

I usually get symptoms at CD17 up until the day before AF. Im using OPKs this month. Im currently CD15 and OPKs are completely negative not even starting to light up. Im starting to think this will mean my fertile window calculations may be wrong so im trying to figure out when I may of ovulated on my last cycles based on symptoms but im not sure at what point these usually start.

I'm new to OPKs but last month I ovulated on cd15, felt pains in right ovary for about an hour that night and noticed ewcm on cd16. I didnt seem to get any symptoms leading up to it other than I was a bit sensitive or hormonal as my husband would say about 6 days prior to ovulating, which coincided with flashing smileys on my clear blue.
