10 high fertile days??

Hello!
This is my first month TTC and I'm guessing I fall into the 1% of women as in on day 10 of flashy smiley! Still no peak...
My question is... do I still test when my ap tells me to (ap is Ovia)?
So for clarity my fertile window according to when I started my AF was supposed to be 17th -22nd April, but I started showing high flashy on the 20th and it's been doing it every day since so now on day 10, my ap says to test in 4 days, but should I delay this?

The first month I used clear blue I got flashy smiley for 9 days. It has never happened since so I think it was something to do with using the holder for the first time, as it effectively stores data on you, and when you test next month it should have a better sense of your hormone levels.

@Slippingcareer my ap tells me to take a test in 4 days time but I don't know whether to delay it because I'm still technically high fertile?

A pregnancy test? I would wait until you’ve missed your period.

It's been a while but I had 9/10 days of smiley the first time I used it too but the next month it was much more accurate (less days smiley and got a peak) wait until period is late or as close to that day as you can and take a first response, good luck

Exactly the same happened to me, I got 9 flashing smileys in a row then bought cheapies and they showed up as negative so not actually sure if I definitely ovulated I did miss a day or testing so hoping that was my peak day. I think I'm roughly 8 days DPO now so waiting till 12 days to take a pregnancy test, although I did take a cheapie this morning because I couldn't resist, thought I saw a very faint line is some lines but think I have line eyes as I love the line eye threads haha 😂

@Lauren1288 hah!!! I know it's so tempting! What does DPO mean?? Sorry so new to this I have no idea what the acronyms all are 😭 x

I used to get this every month for a year. When I was diagnosed with pcos it made sense (the hormone imbalance confuses the test). If you haven’t maybe speak to a GP to rule this out.

@avsnash it means ‘days past ovulation‘ when I first started using Mumsnet I didn’t know what anyone meant abbreviating everything, I found myself googling things haha
