Faint BFP and now brown spotting?

Hey. This is gonna be a bit of a long post but I really need some advice.
I think I am currently either 11/12/13 DPO. Sorry to be so vague but I didn’t have a confirmed positive ovulation test this month only a darkish one but not as dark as the control line.

Leading up to this point I have felt a few symptoms.
I’ve felt very hungry, I’ve felt this warm feeling in my lower abdomen that is uncomfortable but not painful. I’ve also had a horrible metallic taste in my mouth.
Also, on Saturday so it would have been 9DPO, I had cramping for about 10-15 minutes which really hurt but then nothing since. I’ve felt constantly bloated and very slight cramping but not really ever since 4DPO.

Yesterday morning, I got my first very faint positive on a first response. This morning I tested with a digital clear blue and got a not pregnant result. I then tested with a first response straight after and got a very faint positive again. I will attach the photos.

Then at about 11.30am this morning, I went to the toilet and when I wiped I had brown discharge. Darkish brown, very light consistency. Has anyone ever had this before???? It’s really concerned me. I appreciate anyone’s advice; thank you.

It could be implantation bleeding with it being brown?

@Lily2020 this is what has confused me because I’ve definitely seen the line today and yesterday so started getting excited and now had this brown spotting 😩 I wasn’t sure if you can have implantation bleeding this close to your period. I don’t know much about it!

A lot of people experience some bleeding & cramping in early pregnancy - I think maybe you'd be best testing in the morning again & go from there. Try not to worry (I know easier said than done)
If you aren't sure when you ovulated, your body might not have developed enough hgc for the digital tests yet

I’ll try not to. I just keep thinking if it’s not meant to be this month, it’s not meant to be but still clinging on to that glimpse of hope

How are you getting on @Nannon145? I have had the same thing as you but I tested today

I’m bleeding a lot today, I think my period is starting 🙁 so I reckon I might be having a chemical pregnancy 💔 I had brown spotting for 2 days and now red blood

Awww I am so sorry to hear that @nannon145 sending you love and hugs 💛 I had a missed miscarriage in February and it is so heartbreaking xxSome people do bleed during pregnancy so it might be worth repeating a pregnancy test in a few day maybe xx

Yes I will do just to make sure but I’m pretty sure it is a period, I’m staying positive though. A lot of people say they are more fertile the month after a chemical so fingers crossed. Thank you for your kind words @Ect90 xxx

@Ect90 repeated pregnancy tests this morning and got this result so very promising!!
Rang my GP and he said that it's common to have bleeding and IPR for me to ring next week if I'm still concerned and they can look at getting me an early scan.
