help, confused mentsrual cycle

I need a little help,I have a menstrual cycle of 28 days,however according to my app it was late by 4 days this time around, and when it began , it was heavy but only lasted 2 days and just a bit of spotting on the 3rd day, my worry is my period lasts from 5 to 7 days. What could be the issue? Has anyone experienced this as well?

I would say, 10-months out of the year I'm a 28-day person like you, but occasionally I have the odd 32-day cycle. My period usually last 3 days, but on a rare occasion it's 4-5. I don't think there's anything wrong/to worry about.
