Am I pregnant?

I messaged the other day but didn't get a response. At the time I was only about 3dpo (possibly gave up trying to track ovulation due to being so irregular so only an estimate) wondering if it was possible to have symptoms so early as my boobs killed and I was quite nauseous.
I tested with a first response test about 5 days ago and got a negative but I'll admit that may have been slightly early. I'm technically due AF in 2 days which would make me 14dpo at this stage and the nausea is getting worse, weirdly yesterday it was barely noticeable but this evening it's back with a vengeance. Currently propped up in bed because laying down is not an option. My boobs are still a little sore as well.

I know I can probably test now (in the morning) but I'm so scared to get another bfn, especially after a miscarriage last year. I didn't have any symptoms until 6 weeks with that one and wasn't properly trying so I don't remember how I felt at this stage to compare it to.

I got a faint positive 9dpo with first response. As you are 12dpo now you should be able to get the right result if you test with first morning urine

@Hikari1310 everything we say here will be speculation, the best way to know is to take a test and if you can wait until your period is due to minimise the risk of seeing a bfn. I know how hard it can be after a loss. Good luck! 🌈
