Pregnancy confusion

Hi everyone. So me and DP have been ttc since the 4th April when I came off of the pill. Unfortunately I haven't had a period yet so it's harder to track anything down etc. On the 16th of April I had all symptoms leading to possible ovulation. So we did the deed. Since then I've had CM now and again when I've gone to the loo, not massive amounts but it has been there. I'm now 12 days passed what MAY have been ovulation, and today I did a test. Now... I can see a line, all though very very faint, so faint I couldn't even get it to show in a photo 🙄 but I worry I have line eyes! I'm not sure if the line I'm seeing is a built in line that detects the hcg hormone or is it early days pregnancy? I also must add I left the test and stupidly forgot about it haha and returned to it about 40 mins after to check it xxxxx can someone give me advice on these line pregnancy tests please? Is it possible to be seeing a slight line already? And I do apologise for any stupidity on my part... Be kind... As we are ttc our first 🥰🥰 Thank you in advance 😊 ❤️

Do you have a pic of the test?

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 27/04/2020 15:45

If you don't check it within the timeframe then I don't think you can guarantee the result is accurate.

Maybe try again in the morning with a new one and check it after the time it says.

I agree, unless its checked within the allocated 3-7mins or whatever is on the packet, any result is meaningless.

Test again in 2 days and best of luck.

Here is the best picture I can take. Now you can see what I mean by very faint and you have to really see it in the flesh to tell... Thank you everyone for your advice I'll try again in a couple of days Smile xxx

OP- the pic was also taken well outside the specific window to check it though, so even IF we could see something, again, its meaningless.

best of luck though and keep us updated x

I don't think that's a faint line, but it very much could be a watermark.
