Ovulation pains - anyone?

I had a positive OPK yesterday and just as I was going to bed I got an awful pain in my left side and kept me up for a few hours before I finally fell to sleep. When I woke up the pain was still there but had moved to my back, on the same side. I’ve never had ovulation pains before but thinking it’s too much of a coincidence with a positive OPK and sounds similar to what it says when I looked on google.

Is this normal even though I’ve never had them or is it likely to be something else? Smile

I get ovulation pains but normally only in the front feels like hip flexor pain.
Mine last a few hours and I can clearly feel if ovulated left or right.
I don’t normally have pain radiate to my back but Can’t see why it wouldn’t happen.
