Hello all. I was hoping you could help me please!

This is our 2nd proper month of TTC.
We DTD for every fertile day possible this cycle, once a day.

I am currently 6DPO and want to know if these symptoms mean anything!?
So far:

0-2 DPO. No symptoms
3 DPO. Slight cramps on and off
4 DPO. Cramps on and off. Cervix soft and feels wet inside. Slight white CM.
5 DPO. Cramps. Some white CM stains on knickers (TMI sorry!) Evening left sided cramps
6 DPO. Strong left sided cramps. Almost like a stabbing feeling on and off on the left. Less white CM than yesterday though. Cervix still soft. Negative test today.

I dont know if these mean anything or if these are normal but last month i didnt get any white cm. I am talking here, a little bit (not loads), but a cross between lotiony and toilet tissue papery texture inside.

Anyone ideas??

Thanks in advance Smile xx

It's possible OP but without being dismissive, that early on any fertilised egg isnt producing hcg yet which is why you get a negative test. So nothing has changed with your hormones yet to give you different symptoms. They are all normal literal stage symptoms. Good luck!

MrsBlue1986 · 24/04/2020 22:45

Thanks! Does anyone else have similar symptoms or are also in the TWW (AF due 3rd May 2020)

X

@MrsBlue1986 this sounds very similar to what I have been experiencing so will be interesting to see the outcome for us! The crampy feeling I've had hasn't been painful, more like a like fluttery twinge feeling. I'm 9dpo now x

Yesterdayforgotten · 25/04/2020 09:53

Pmt symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are so similar it is impossible to tell. For me the months where I had loads of symptoms I got my period. It was the cycle I had no symptoms where I fell pregnant! Good luck op Flowers

limmylee · 25/04/2020 10:53

As s said above, it's much too early to tell.
Before I got my bfp I used to have sore breasts for a week before my period and cramping the day or so before it started.
When I got my bfp I had no symptoms until 9 dpo, when I had cramps, back pain, pelvic pain and headaches for 4 days, but absolutely no beast pain until a week after my bfp (at 13 dpo, when my period was due).
It was the absence of breast pain (and the unbearable tiredness) that made me think something was different.
Keep track of how you're feeling and fingers crossed it'll be good news in a week or so.

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 10:54

@Panda789 hey!! Nice to see someone with similar symptoms.... what are your Symptoms today?

I have a new weird symptom now i think...

Last night (6dpo/7dpo) i kept tossing and turning and had terrible night sweats/chills. woke up with bad headache too.

Symptoms? If not, im probably getting the flu/dreaded coronavirus!!! Confused xx

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 10:55

@limmylee hey! Thanks. Did you have constant headaches?? As in, waking up with them. Did you think you were getting ill? X

OP posts:
Panda789 · 25/04/2020 11:31

@MrsBlue1986 I had that not last night but the night before! Today lower back feels achy. It's could be anything though but I'm hoping it's a sign xx

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 12:06

@panda789 ohhh really?? Do you normally get night sweats each cycle? How long have you been TTC? Xx

OP posts:
Titch88 · 25/04/2020 12:17

I'm in the same boat! not 100% sure when I ovulated. but I usually get 1 or 2 days of cramps and sore boobs. This has now been going on for 6-7 days. Since yesterday evening i've had headaches, dizziness and very slight nausea.
I'm probably overthinking it and feel like alot of it is in my head Hmm as i don't want to get my hopes up. AF due 30th/1st.

Panda789 · 25/04/2020 12:27

@MrsBlue1986 no I don't, but I wonder if it could be because it's getting warmer at night..?! Mostly light cramps has been the main thing I've noticed! This is cycle #2 of trying after having the coil removed. What about you? Xx

Yesterdayforgotten · 25/04/2020 12:37

I should have mentioned before that i had absolutely no symptoms before day 10po and this was the only month I didn't have any and that was the month I got pregnant. I found the months I got my period the pmt symptoms started earlier after ovulation.

10dpo: vision changes, exhaustion (felt so tired and was having early nights and wanting naps), acne I don't normally get

11dpo (day of missed period, I have a Short luteal phase so didnt have a 2 week wait): dizziness, acne, bloating, nipple soreness

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 12:53

@Panda789 I came off the pill (cerazette) in early January. Ive had 3 normal monthly cycles since i came off but actively been trying since Feb. Im 33, and 34 in August so im starting to already over analyse, knowing all my other friends who have had children in their 20s first time.. over thinking things thinking "will it take ages as im getting older!?" Haha definitely over anlalysing too soon!

@Titch88 hey! Sounds promising, but i do agree it is hard to not over analyse every little symptom. Ive been googling literally everything!!! Are you 8/9 dpo then? Your AF is due 2 days before me. Xx

@Yesterdayforgotten how many months did it take you to get your BFP? X

OP posts:
Milkshake54 · 25/04/2020 12:55

I just got my BFP this week, the only real difference I felt from usual PMS was I had awful cramps at 7dpo where I had to cut a walk short!
Other months I had myself convinced I was pregnant 😂

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 12:56

Congrats! @milkshake54 did you not have any other symptoms then really? X

OP posts:
MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 12:59

I have such a terrible headache today and really tired also, inc the night sweats last night(6/7dpo)

My husband has been unwell all week (possible CV), so hoping its not linked to that! X

OP posts:
Milkshake54 · 25/04/2020 13:05

Thanks!
Only usual PMS stuff that I get every cycle, a bit more lethargic, moody, wanting chocolate 😂.
The only thing that stands out is my bbt chat, it dipped to the cover line after the initial spike (like 2/3dpo), I thought it was really weird and put me in a downer for the month!
We had a loss in December and I had spent my other cycles symptom spotting - so I tried to not and me and DH would always say ‘I’m sure you were this tired a couple weeks ago’ to make light heartedness of anything that could have been potential!

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 13:12

@milkshake54 ah sorry about your loss... least you have some positive news now to kinda make up for it.

I should probably just carry on as normal and wait until im due on, rather than over analysing everything but its easier said than done Grin

OP posts:
Yesterdayforgotten · 25/04/2020 13:15

With Dc1 I got pregnant in the first month and with dc2 it took 4 months but that was with trying to find an opportunity to dtd with a toddler and schedules ,tiredness from toddler etc! I realise I am lucky. Sending baby dust your way op, is this your first?
Looking at my notes I had headaches 12dpo and pelvic cramps 13dpo.

I hope this will be your month Flowers 🤞🏻

Panda789 · 25/04/2020 13:22

@MrsBlue1986 oh so we have been trying almost similar time then! I'm 31 in July. Even if it takes a little while, all we can do is just try our best to stay positive and keep trying until it happens 😊🤞🏼 and spur each other on! Will you test early or wait until due date? The wait is killing me xx

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 13:36

@panda789 ahhh that's true, is it your first, too?
Im so impatient, so ill probably do one a day intil im due. Hahaa. I bought some cheap ones from zoom-baby.co.uk. If youve not been on there yet, they are so much cheaper than supermarkets/boots for the same product! (Im not on commission haha, i just know how expensive it gets keep buying tests! Haha)
Do you have any nausea... or checked your CM? X

@Yesterdayforgotten yeah this is our first TTC. Can i ask, did CM change for you at all or did you not notice? Thank you!! 😊

OP posts:
Panda789 · 25/04/2020 14:49

@MrsBlue1986 yes first for me too! So excited/nervous. Haha I'm the worst for patience! I have zero 🙈 at 9dpo i want to test now.. but should wait a few more days. Oh thank you! I'll check them out 😊 I hate how expensive tests can be!! No nausea but have had a little CM for the last few days.
What about you? xx

MrsBlue1986 · 25/04/2020 14:57

@panda789 same here!! I tested today, i knew it would be a negative, but i hear how women get positives at 6 or 7dpo by chance, sooo...thats me now for the next week. I bought a bulk of about 30 tests online, so thatll see me alright for a bit hahaaa!

Yeah this cycle is my first where ive spotted any white/watery CM. Ive spotted it since 4dpo. Not loads, but it just feels constantly wetter than normal and white (looks like lotiony/wet tissue paper in colour/texture?!?) Sorry for tmi haha x

niki26 · 25/04/2020 15:05

With my first pregnancy I remarked to a colleague that I had cramps and was getting my period - she gave me some nurofen. A few days later, I realised that I hadn't got my period and took a test....blazing BFP!

This time, it was the lack of period symptoms that made me wonder. I was abroad for New Year and felt very tired - the day I got back I tested and it was a very faint bfp - my period was due the next day (although my periods weren't always regular so I think it was actually a 36 cycle rather than 29) . I'm 20 weeks now.

Good luck!

Panda789 · 25/04/2020 15:06

Well if you've got a bulk load then maybe try again in a couple days time! 🤞🏼 I've only got a couple of boots ones for now and one clear blue weekly predictor otherwise I'd test now! If its unusual for you to spot this then surely its gotta mean something?! 🙏🏻 Xx
