Help - when did / have I ovulated?

First month temping & opks.

Got high opks yesterday morning & afternoon then peak at 8pm.

Put my temperature into fermometer app this morning & it had now changed my ovulation day to yesterday.
Flo app has stayed with ovulation day tomorrow..

Which would you go by? I'm now panicking as only managed to dtd yesterday night. If ovulation day was yesterday will that have been enough?

I would assume ovulation would be today if you had a peak last night?

Bear in mind to DTD all of fertile week, waiting until ovulation doesn't give you the best chances as the sperm needs to be on site by the time the egg gets there. Even if you ovulate today it could have been this morning already so would be pretty much too late to DTD tonight.

I'm the same! Start second guessing or forgetting the really obvious stuff when it comes to myself x

Keep an eye on your temps over the next few days. It needs to be three consecutive high temps after the ovulation date to confirm the exact date. Seems odd that Fermometer is using the day of your peak LH as ovulation day. As I would have assumed it would be today or tomorrow. It may well change depending on your next few temps

Oooh I didn't know about the 3 consecutive high temps! It is odd, I think that's what was throwing me off 🤔

Update - I downloaded the fertility friend app & put all my details & this morning it has put my ovulation date at the 23rd (same as fermometer) which would put it as the same day as my peak OPK 🤔 what do you think @Juno231?

@Lily2020 from my experience and very limited knowledge on BBT, I would says you ovulated when both apps are saying you did on cycle day 11.

Thanks @Milkshake54 it's the peak OPK (8pm on the 23rd) that's throwing me out I just would have expected ovulation date to be the day after on 24th 🤷🏻‍♀️

Based on your bbt I think the 23rd is right!

I'd say wait it out - could just be a fluctuation. Keep an eye on your luteal phase overall though, pretty sure bbt can tell you if there are any problems with it - especially low progesterone levels.

They are still above the cover line. I agree with poster above that need to see where they go in the following few days. I had a dip for few days and then it went right up after 😊

Still very confused 🤔 slight increase this morning but not sleeping right & woke early so not accurate 🙁
Now Flo app has change ovulation date to today!??

Ha not much more to add at the moment I don't think! Still above the cover line, still nothing too drastic going on. Is that other app telling you you might be ovulating today?? I'd def stick with the 23rd as your OD.

In the next 3-5 days it would be interesting to see if you get an implantation dip though, that would be the next thing to look out for! Atm all is looking good still I'd say :)

Also someone told me about the bbt adjustment calculator (google) so if you wake earlier or later than usual it adjusts your temp so you have a more accurate chart 🤞🏽for you, keep us posted!
