Morning all

Does anyone take COQ10 and/or DHA supplements? If so, what dose do you take?

I'd recommend Ubiquinol (the pure form of CoQ10) if you can. It's more expensive but much more readily absorbed so you don't need as much

I took 200mg/day

I also took ubiquinol. I took 400mg a day, 200 at breakfast, 200 at lunch. I also took other supplements as outlined in the book ‘it starts with an egg’, my regime was the recurrent miscarriage one, but there are others.

I take both. COQ10 I buy which ever is on offer from Amazon and DHEA I take the zeta west tablets. After a few months of taking them I got my bfp which sadly ended in MMC however I have never had a bfp without Ivf before so I'm hoping it's a sign that something is working🤞

Please can someone post a link to the high strength ubiquniol?

ivfgottostaypositive · 24/04/2020 10:11

I take ubquinol in readiness for IVF treatment but I'm sure it's also a dietary supplement as I've definitely lost weight too so bonus!!

Be VERY careful with DHEA it is a testosterone based hormone and can actually decrease your fertility if you take it when you don't need it. It's only for those who have low follicle numbers

I am also using Zeta West Vital DHA.
