BFP about 6weeks. Period pains???

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have dull lower back and stomach pain. Nothing painful as such, they ste like period pains. Should I be worried? I gave birth to my sleeping son 22 week and it broke my heart he was perfect. Now I'm so scared it's going to happen again

@TTClou back pain and mild cramps are quite common in early pregnancy. Try not to worry, but ring your GP in the morning and see if you can get a referral to your EPU for a scan to check everything is ok.
