TTC - 16dpo and BFN

Hi all,

I’ve never posted on anything before but just wondered if anyone has any helpful advice or info. Me and my husband have been ttc for nearly 3 years. We’ve had 3 rounds of IVF with one failed and 2 miscarriages. Due to fertility treatments being put on hold at the moment we have decided to try naturally again. I have PCO (not syndrome) and my husband has antibodies in his sperm that cause them to ‘clump’ together making it harder to conceive. However, I have been having acupuncture and reflexology to help balance my hormones and my husband has been taking some multi supplements to help with his sperm.

This is our third natural cycle since starting again after our last miscarriage. I am 16dpo and my temps are still high. It did drop slightly from yesterday but still way above the cover line. I’ve tested today with a cheap test and it was BFN. I’ve had really bad backache for the last few days, on and off nausea and skin break out. My AF was due today but nothing however I spotted for 4 days from 12dpo to 15dpo which my reflexologist said could be low progesterone. Any ideas?! I’m guessing my temp will drop again tomorrow and AF may arrive but hoping not!!!
Thanks
