Hi just wondering if anyone had experience with taking Agnus Castus when TTC?
I have a relatively short luteal phase and I’m keen to try and lengthen it, (11 days which I know isn’t terrible but I’d feel better if it was closer to 14) I also never get much in the way of EWCM and I heard from other ladies on here that AG can help with both.
My AG arrived today and I have a few questions...
Firstly it actually says not to take them if TTC. Can anyone shed any light on this? I know many women on here take them when TTC so I’m confused by this.
Secondly what dosage are most people taking? I have the 400mg capsules which say to take 1-2 a day. Do people take these for the full cycle or just before ovulation etc?
Just looking for a bit of advice and stories from people who have experiences of taking them whilst TTC.
