@Donnat89 I can't believe that. The one from the other day was so clear! Did you use the same brand xx

Donnat89 · 20/05/2020 17:32

Yep another 2 FRER and both completely blank not even a faint line , now getting cramps and brown blood when wiping so AF must be starting cxx

mumoftwobeauts · 20/05/2020 17:54

@Donnat89 I literally can't believe it. Do you think you might be miscarrying? Or a false positive? It wasn't just a faint line either was it, I could see it clearly x

shelly10111 · 20/05/2020 18:46

@Donnat89 sounds like another chemical, I stopped using frer because they pick up very small traces of the hormone which results in big sales as so many woman will get some hint of a line if the eggs been fertilised, my doctor wouldn't even take one as a positive and asked me to do clear blues

Donnat89 · 20/05/2020 19:35

@shelly10111 yes I'm gonna steer clear of them I think and just try not to test early in general as it's very unfair I'm ok just gonna wait for AF to show xx

shelly10111 · 20/05/2020 20:04

@Donnat89 really feel for you, I had months of this, I got the one step on eBay Hun so so cheap and just used those after AND I got a positive on them two days before I got a thin squint on a frer anyway :) like 10 for 99p xx

Donnat89 · 20/05/2020 20:25

@shelly10111 I've got one step strips but also find I get lines sometimes on those so don't really trust them ! I think I will just avoid early testing and just test if AF is late x

Donnat89 · 21/05/2020 08:49

Morning ladies hope you are all well , woke up to AF in full force so that's me put for another cycle . I feel ok about it .

I'm hoping to properly use my OPKS this month.

Good luck to everyone still waiting I hope we get some BFPS ! X

NicoleR14 · 21/05/2020 20:21

Hi ladies update from me af finally arrived!!! After 3 long months of patiently waiting af has made an appearance and I honestly couldn't be more happy now me and my hubby can get back on to ttc trying not to overly stress and take it easy and take everyday as it comes I know how silly it sounds to be excited over af arriving but I'm so happy she did! @donnat89 sorry to hear that hun I think frer is a waste of time and money the amount I have had with bfps and turning out to be nothing was unbelievable!

Hey ladies
So sorry I haven't been on the thread much. I lost my grandmother who lives abroad and we couldn't fly out there to be with her. Was all so sudden and unexpected, had a virtual funeral today via zoom. Absolutely surreal. I have been sorting everything out for my dad because he is unable to deal with it all and very upset. I'm exhausted. We have been dtd and I think I'm like 4dpo so I have no idea this time so I just have to wait.
@NicoleR14 I'm so happy your af arrived! Bet it was such a relief for you. @Donnat89 sorry to hear the confusion going on with you. So upsetting when you see those lines and then af turns up.
@ArjaD how are you getting on? @shelly10111 and you too?
@Naera95 good luck testing on Sunday keep us updated xxxx

shelly10111 · 25/05/2020 17:35

@Bbutterfly so sorry to hear this hun absolutely awful :(
Sending hugs hope your getting on ok, hopefully silver lining you may get that BFP this month!
Currently pushing 8 weeks it feels to feel real now, been very poorly, oh my god never had sickness like this with my daughters, no midwife appointment face to face until my scan, still umming and arring whether to get a 9 weeks scan next week so see how he/she is cooking xx

ArjaD · 25/05/2020 18:49

@Donnat89 I can't believe it, I was so sure you had it there 😔 hopefully next time it will stick!
@NicoleR14 aw I'm glad she's showed up, what a long wait!!!! Take it easy 😊
@Bbutterfly I'm OK thanks, am 9weeks 3days today, had a face to face midwife appt and got my 12 week scan on the 12th June.
@shelly10111 still super sick huh? That's a shame, I had one week of feeling really icky and just like a hangover! But I must say this week it's eased. Still have the odd flare up but nothing bad. The exhaustion is worse for me with a toddler running around. Hubby will be home tomorrow from his two weeks away so that will help ❤️

shelly10111 · 25/05/2020 18:53

@ArjaD yeah I've been quite poorly this time around, huge food aversions :( has a good day today hoping it's subsiding now as my symptoms started so early literally as soon as I tested xx

ArjaD · 25/05/2020 19:31

@shelly10111 I have a lot of food aversions too, I'm just sticking to the things I can stomach, which is basically fruit, tomato and lettuce sandwiches and ice lollies 🤣 oh and the odd spaghetti bolognese.

shelly10111 · 25/05/2020 19:33

@ArjaD I'm eating punnets of strawberries atm !! Xx

ArjaD · 25/05/2020 20:02

@shelly10111 I was like that with my boy, kiiiiiiilos of strawberries 😂

Sungirl11 · 29/05/2020 21:57

Hi girls! How are you all doing?
@NicoleR14 i'm sooo glad you finally got af!! I hope she is not extremely painful after all this time.

I had my blood tests and it all came ok in terms of hormones, so i am ovulating and it's all correct. We are now pending on hubby to get his semen test which they won't do yet due to covid. He has gone to Spain as his dad fell ill and is on his own so he's away for a week. When he's back 14day quarantined and then maybe they take the sample to test haha
This is the never ending story.
I will get my measles remainder mid June and the doctor said after that we can continue trying again.
If his sperm test comes back ok then they will refer us to infertility.
So we will just have to wait a bit more to see and just keep on trying!
Xx

ArjaD · 30/05/2020 07:18

@Sungirl11 you've got it all going on 😔😔😔 hope it goes well for you and hubby can get his test ASAP x

Donnat89 · 04/06/2020 13:34

Hi all hope you are all well , this week is FW for me but tbh last months test has really messed me up so me and OH are having a break this month from trying as it's just so upsetting

I will be keeping an eye on the thread and hope to see some BFPS ! X

@NicoleR14 yay to finally getting. AF I hope your cycles return to normal xxx

ArjaD · 04/06/2020 14:04

@Donnat89 I've been keeping a wee eye on this thread but it's been quiet. How is everyone getting on @NicoleR14 @Bbutterfly @Sungirl11 @shelly10111 @Nmew
It is upsetting when you're trying for a long time. Which cycle are you on now @Donnat89?

Bbutterfly · 04/06/2020 14:21

Hey @ArjaD to be honest today I've had a complete meltdown. I got my peak on cd22 this time which Is a couple days later than usual. Af expected today and no sign yet when usually I wake up in the morning to her in full force. I knew I shouldn't of but just tested with a frer and bfn. Spoken to hubby because obviously I'm upset and he's saying well you never know the frer might be wrong 🙄 Literally can't take this it's ruined my whole day again. X
Hope you're ok @Donnat89 I'm with you so upsetting xxx

Bbutterfly · 04/06/2020 14:24

@ArjaD sorry for the rant by the way. It's just another month of doing everything right I haven't touched a drink etc either. Really thought this month was my turn. How are you getting on? You cooking nicely? @NicoleR14 hope you are ok? Glad you are back up and running! Xxx

NicoleR14 · 04/06/2020 14:36

I'm fine ladies thanks for asking we are getting on OK we dtd last night were trying not to overly stress over it its too much on our bodies and obviously if we aren't relaxed enough then we don't have a chance so the more we take it easy the better I'm on CD15 so should be ovulating soon enough how is everyone else getting on?

shelly10111 · 04/06/2020 14:48

Hi ladies thought I'd share this, I'm 9 weeks now and a close friend has been trying for the same time, almost a year, she has been where I was, incredibly self blaming and obsessive, this month she did what I did, had a few drinks over the week, stopped all the pill taking, and like me just got her bfp, god knows if alcohol makes our body relax that bit more but it's just strange! She also drank pinapple juice the week after ovulation as read that can help, can't say Im convinced that could do anything but WHO KNOWS, but the having a drink etc I've heard a few times how. Hope your all well and goodluck this month ! Have my private scan booked 20th and my nhs one 24th as partner can't attend due to corona I couldn't face seeing baby first without him, early Father's Day gift xx

ArjaD · 04/06/2020 18:51

@Bbutterfly aw that sucks 🙁 I know it's hard when you've been trying for ages, and sometimes men mean well but they don't help 🙄 still not out though, I hope the witch stays away! I'm doing OK, 11 weeks now, got my scan next week so quite excited even if hubby can't join. At least I'll know if it's one or two in there....
