Leading up to, and on ovulation day, do any other of you ladies get really uncomfortable dull aches in either sides of your lower tummy, but can sometimes be sharp twinges too, along with severe achy lower back, achy breasts that starts in one and moves to both with very erect sore nipples and achy legs and feet. Since coming off the mini pill in Feb I’ve had 2 periods, 3rd beginning of May and my god I don’t remember the whole process being thing uncomfortable.
Once i finish and AF has done I’m so relieved that I’ve got a break until the next time she arrives but I’m hit almost immediately with severe bloating and all of these ovulAtion pains, so I’m literally constantly bloated and uncomfortable!

I cannot be the only woman thAt suffers like this surelySad x

You're not. It's called Mittelschmirz and I think basically means you have pain in your middle. I get it on either sides depending when I ovulate. To me it often feels like a really bad stitch.
Doctors were of no help when I told them.

Yeah, mine is always on my right side. I’ve been in bed for hours this evening but just cannot sleep due to feeling so ‘full’ and uncomfortable.
I ended up coming off of my pill because it stops ovulation but I was doubled over in pain and the doctor said it was because my body was trying to ovulate but couldn’t properly. Now I’m on no contraception (except condoms), the pain hasn’t been thAt bad, it’s just so annoying! X
