Has anyone got any success stories from the SMEP?
We are now on cycle no 5 and TTC 1st baby with no luck so far (I know early days) but we are now thinking about the next steps - the first 3 months we tracked ovulation, last month we didn't track anything and just see if it happens - but we are going to try the SMEP plan this cycle and we have ordered pre seed too -
Any success stories or didnt it work for you?
