Hi

Has anyone taken or is currently taking CoQ10 and Vita DHD???

My cycle is regular a 26 day cycle lasting 5 days. I've been TTC for 19 months. I've had tests and I am ovulating. I was referred to the fertility clinic for further tests but cancelled due to What's going on.

I've been told CoQ10 helps to improve fertility and the function of the egg.

Vita DHD. Helps to support fertility and helps to regulates the condition of the lining of the uterus.

Has anyone taken these or does anyone know of any other supplements that can help boost fertility????

Trying anything and everything atm xx

I'm taking the stronger version of coq10 - ubquinol- I did start out on coq10 last year though after a round of IVF showed worse than expected egg quality - but despite being on coq10 for months my egg quality didn't improve on my next IVF.

My last IVF round was much better but that is most likely down to the change of IVF drugs than the ubquinol itself

I also take Proceive Max and royal jelly tablets
