AF due 28th April currently 5DPO

Just wondering if there's anybody else out there that's due their AF around the same time as me. I definitely ovulated last Tuesday as I've been using the Clearblue ovulation digital test, & I also felt pretty sharp pain coming from my left ovary that day. I'm now 5DPO & yesterday & today I've been getting a dull achiness on & off on my left side. If there is anyone that's around the same time as me, I just thought we could keep each other updated on our symptoms☺️ AF not due for another 10 days so I hope it's not coming early 🤞🏻

@Bic501 I only had CM for a few days, not had any for a while now, all pretty dry down there🙈

Thanks @Ashworth90 that's made me feel better. I've had a really gurgling tummy today, like windy, & been farting loads since last night😂 so random I know, sorry!🙈

Maybe TMI but does anyone check their cervix? Just checked mine and hits high and soft. Good sign for ovulation or early pregnancy :)

@mumoftwobeauts everything goes on this thread, the more information the better is what I say! I wouldn't have a clue about the cervix thing as I've never checked mine, only because I have no idea what I'm looking/feeling for🙈

So. I googled and apparantly if your cervix is high and soft you are ready to ovulate or in early pregnancy if already ovulated.

If you're not pregnant it's low and hard.

Basically you should be able to feel it by inserting your finger up to the first knuckle.

If you need your whole finger and it feels soft like your lips (your mouth lips ) then it's a good sign!

Hey Chlo, I'm either 10 or 11 DPO and due on Tuesday. It's so tempting to test but the cramps are very AF like so I don't want to waste a test if she's going to show her ugly face

@mumoftwobeauts this made me chuckle. I'm so curious but I've never done it so I reckon I'd still be none the wiser even if I tried, but I'm not gona lie I'm tempted🙈 I've even wondered if our partners would be able to feel the difference? What do you reckon? Because let's face it, there the ones that would know if it felt any different, what do you think? X

Well @Infused if you can be patient enough & curiosity doesn't get the better of you then wait it out if you can. I've heard that lots of people get cramps & can still be pregnant 🤞🏻 good luck x

I'm not going to cave just yet. This is my second and I cannot remember what happened last time which is really frustrating! I should have paid more attention to what was going on/how I felt etc!

I have two already and I keep thinking "I remember this happening" but I really don't 😂😂

I'm either 10 or 11 days and DS is 5!yrs old so it's been a while! I remember with him, the night before I took a test I just knew I was pregnant and I was! I just can't remember the sensations now and I'm not getting that feeling this time!

@Infused I am somewhere in between 4-8dpo so obviously too early to test. AF due 2nd May.

I have a boy who's 5 in May and a little girl who was 1 last week! I'm 33 so want the final one then I'm done ha xx

Ah lovely, did it take you long to conceive your other children? It took us about 6 months last time but I think I had my ovulation dates all wrong and kept missing the window. Back then, I had no idea about CM or ovulation tests, it was just pot luck really.
I'm 38 so need to get a move on with this one!

Tested again this morning... it definitely looks darker 🤞🏻12dpo today!

Did my frer on fmu at 14 DPO, pic as attached. The bottom test is todays.
There is steady progression but I would have expected this line to be much stronger by 14 DPO. Am I wrong? Feeling so worried

@babytobe don’t be worried. I read a really useful article that explained about HCG. Many reasons for this... you could have implanted later than you thought and when you implanted your level could have been low.

I am gonna try and remember now what the article said. Basically, when you implant, you implant with a HCG level between 1-5 and it doubles every 48hours roughly. So say you implanted on day 9 with a level of 2. Day 11 would be 4hcg and day 13 would be 8hcg etc... that’s still low for a test to pick up, so lines would still be faint.

In a couple of days, I bet those lines get darker 😘🤞🏻

Thanks @Chlo2701! 🎉 I’m scared... this is our first and I have no idea what to expect. When to call the gp etc.. I’m thinking maybe end of next week once my af doesn’t show on Monday / Tuesday 🙈

@ashworth90 Thank you. That is a really interesting theory. And i sincerely hope you are right. Trying not to get upset & hoping for the best. Think I eill test again 16/17DPO & hopefully this is better. Was trying to stay cautiously optimistic but since yesterday that went out the window. Hoping against hope this little bean stays with us
