Just wondering if there's anybody else out there that's due their AF around the same time as me. I definitely ovulated last Tuesday as I've been using the Clearblue ovulation digital test, & I also felt pretty sharp pain coming from my left ovary that day. I'm now 5DPO & yesterday & today I've been getting a dull achiness on & off on my left side. If there is anyone that's around the same time as me, I just thought we could keep each other updated on our symptoms☺️ AF not due for another 10 days so I hope it's not coming early 🤞🏻

Hi again everyone!
Well I couldn't resist testing this morning since it is only 4 days until AF. Came back negative but trying not to lose hope! Had headaches on and off the past few days and still no normal time of the month pains. I was so convinced I was pregnant with all my symptom spotting! I have even had a runny nose and sore throat this morning which I have read can happen after implantation. (Definitely not the virus though!) Asked DH to hide the tests from me now!

Jamielee83 · 21/04/2020 16:12

I'm exactly the same Elking18- af due on Saturday, lots of headaches and sore throat but I put that down to working from home. No af pains yet, which I usually start getting the week before af. Trying not to test!

Infused · 21/04/2020 17:56

All the symptoms I had yesterday have disappeared and I'm starting to think that I'm imagining the nipple darkness!
Have a strong feeling it isn't going to happen for me this month.

Chlo2701 · 21/04/2020 19:09

Let's not lose hope yet ladies, like all the threads say.... we're not out until our AF arrives🙉 @Trying2b now you've Sid that you found out 7/8 DPO it's making me want to test this wknd🙈 I say that I'm due on on Tuesday as that will be 31 days ( & I'm just going by my last cycle as it was the longest) but the 3 periods before that were 28 day cycles exactly. So really you could say I'm due anytime between Sat - Tues. I've read that if you're going to test early, the First response ones are the best, so if I do decide to test this wknd, do you know if I can but them from Asda, Tesco or Sainsbury? X

Trying2b · 21/04/2020 19:25

Yeah FRER has always given me early results from about 7/8 DPO, but I have also had faint shadows on Internet cheapies and ClearBlue early ones too! But beware, I have also had 2 chemical pregnancies so it's not always the nicest thing to know early! Personally speaking, I'm quite an optimistic person and always think it's my month (even though clearly its not going well for me so far haha!) but I like to be let down gradually by testing early! When I see a BFN I still allow myself a little hope that its just too early show, but by the time my period is due I'm used to the idea of the BFN! Does that even make sense?? I just don't think I'd cope very well with testing on the day of AF, that's too final for me! A girl's allowed to squint for a week hahaha!! X

Littlebee1990 · 21/04/2020 19:33

I just did a FRER and got a BFN (May be too early as AF not due until 28th) temptation got the better of me

Chlo2701 · 21/04/2020 19:47

I've just looked back at the msgs & @Littlebee1990 I wouldn't be too disappointed as you're the same DPO as me so I'd expect a BFN if I'm honest, so don't be too disappointed as there's still plenty of time. Maybe try again this wknd. & @Trying2b yes that completely makes sense! That's my thinking aswel so I get what you mean, might have to cave in this wknd & go on a hunt for a first response test 🙈 thinking of maybe leaving it until Sunday though. This is the 2nd night in a row where I feel absolutely shattered & just want to go to bed🙉 but apart from that I've got no other symptoms now x

@chlo2701 i ordered some off amazon yesterday (4=£13.71) and they are due Fri/Sat.

Ive got what can only be described as 'lightning crotch' this evening. Sharp/fast shooting pains... Seems to have settled for a minute but was a bit 'ooh what was that' just a minute ago.

AutumnJ0y · 21/04/2020 21:53

Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well. I haven't been on here much over the last few days as have had awful acid reflux pains. I am so bloated and gassy as well. I can't sleep lying down as that makes it worse so have been sleeping in a sitting up position. I also get so hungry but then full after a few bites!
I'm only 6DPO today so I can't even chalk these symptoms up to pregnancy ones. I've always struggled with acid reflux just before my period but never this early and never so severe!

Babytobe · 21/04/2020 22:12

Hi girls, im new here (well, after a few months of reading threads I eventually decided to sign up!) Also @Chlo2701 @Ashworth90 @Positivity2019 @motherofdinosau @AutumnJ0y dont feel so bad girls, im grandma at 37yrs old trying for first baby!! Unfortunately we have had two losses last year and although time is not on my side, we figured taking a couple months to rest and kick start healthy lifestyle would probably be more.beneficial in the long run. (I was quite overweight then, now not as much!)

Awaiting AF on 28th April but praying the witch will not arrive. So far, I am 11DPO and have had low long twinges and sensations both ovaries, feeling spaced out, incredibly sore and huge boobs which fluctuate and i am now sleeping/ feelibng tired alot more. After 2 x BPNs at 8&9DPO (i know, way too early right! I just couldnt wait to poas again Smile Smile) though im not very hopeful for this month but as many have said : not out until AF arrives so fingers crossed for a miracle.

Going to try hold of on doing a frer until Friday but cant make any promises! Any one planning on doing a frer? Its horrible to see the BPN but always still a tiny bit of hope for a BFP. Baby dust to all you ladies FlowersStar

Bic501 · 22/04/2020 00:03

Hey, Can I join?
I'm currently 6dpo on cycle number 3 ttc #4. Due AF around 29th/30th I think.
Seemed to notice on my last few cycles I'm crampy post ov until AF shows, which is a bit annoying, not sure why it keeps happening as it certainly hasn't resulted in a BFP yet. Have noticed CM is a bit more watery this cycle tho, promised myself I wouldn't symptom spot this cycle and here I go 🙈
Baby dust to us all, lovely having testing buddies, I always feel so alone x

Ashworth90 · 22/04/2020 06:20

@Babytobe I am sorry to hear about your losses and I wish you so much luck and baby dust! I think you have definitely put yourself more ahead by making the lifestyle changes. Fingers crossed for you!

Well, I am very much trying not to get my hopes up too much. Been reading about Triphasic BBT charts where a woman is supposedly three times more likely to be pregnant if she has three temperature rises since ovulation. Looking at my chart, I can quite clearly see three temp increases, but it’s my first month temping so this could be normal for me 😂 I am so impatient...

AF due 28th April currently 5DPO
Babytobe · 22/04/2020 07:02

Sounds promising @Bic501!! Please let us know if you do go on to get a BFP Star

AutumnJ0y · 22/04/2020 09:34

@Babytobe so sorry hear about your losses and wish you all the best of luck and baby dust this month! I agree with @Ashworth90 I feel taking time out to work on your health is always a good idea.

@Ashworth90 tour chart does look promising from what I've read. I haven't starting temping yet, but have been reading up on it as i want to start temping next month. Let's hope I don't need to! Keep us posted.

Welcome @Bic501 it's always nice to have cycle buddies to go through the TWW with.

I only have 1 FRER test left over from last month and will not buying anymore until AF is late. Otherwise I will get tempted and constantly test!

Popcat120 · 22/04/2020 18:00

Caved and did a test this morning, of course bfn, too early probably.

I'm 7dpo too apparently.. Feeling awful...
My appetite has gone, I've only eaten a bag of wot sits today, and can barely finish my pasta tea...
( very unlike me)
I've had headaches, dizzy, bit icky, and my eyes are stinging I'm so tired!
exactly the same as my first pregnancy so I'm convinced I'm pregnant, but I might just be getting my hopes up, and these sleepless nights (toddler not sleeping) are catching up with me.

Hope. Everyone is ok!

Chlo2701 · 22/04/2020 18:42

Hey ladies, I've tried not to go on here today as feel it's consuming my life🙈 @Popcat120 I'm only 7/8DPO so I'd expect a BFN if I tested now so don't be disappointed. Try again at the wknd & the again if AF doesn't arrive x

motherofdinosau · 22/04/2020 20:31

I tested today @9dpo and it was a bfn... Knew it would be but couldnt help myself!
Ive been thinking though.... If implantation doesnt usually happen till approx 9dpo is it even possible to get any symptoms at all before implantation? So sore boobs for me for about 4/5 days... But if i was pg would that even start before implantation (which maybe anyday now) ? Or would my body start throwing out symptoms for a period/planning for a period even if conception had happened but not implantation? I guess nobody would be able to know the answer to that though really.

Bic501 · 22/04/2020 21:06

Thanks ladies!
@motherofdinosau I always wonder that Aswell, dunno the answer to it right enough lol
Still feeling crampy and me CM maybe not as watery today. 7dpo for me, I hate the TWW 🥺

motherofdinosau · 22/04/2020 22:29

@bic501 just found this old mums net thread thst seems to discuss what i mentioned... Some interrsting points in it... Will copy the link... Hopefully it works lol!

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/3300370-Can-you-feel-symptoms-before-implantation

motherofdinosau · 22/04/2020 22:31

Im 9dpo and i literally feel like af is about to come knocking at my door with a load of luggage... It feels crampy/heavy 😔.
Not due for another 5 days!

Ashworth90 · 23/04/2020 06:29

@motherofdinosau that was an interesting thread to read... the hope is still there 🤞🏻

My temp took a big dip this morning at 9dpo. Anyone who charts, could this be a possible implantation dip? Also noticed a lot of blue veins all over my boobs in the last 24 hours. I don’t want to get my hopes up too much!

AF due 28th April currently 5DPO
AutumnJ0y · 23/04/2020 08:18

@motherofdinosau & @Popcat120 don't feel too disappointed, I wouldn't expect a pregnancy test to pick up any hormones so early.

I found this on another app (Glow) and according to this implantation happens between day 6 and 7. Pregnancy hormones are created in day 9.

I'm 8DPO and still bloated, boobs are huge and nipples are sore. I hope that is a good sign.

AF due 28th April currently 5DPO
AutumnJ0y · 23/04/2020 08:21

Just realised that pik is too blurry! I've tried cutting it down.

AF due 28th April currently 5DPO
Bic501 · 23/04/2020 08:40

Thanks @motherofdinosau yeah interesting points on that thread. 🤔 I'm quite a science person but then I do sometimes think ladies just know.

That's also good to know @AutumnJ0y

8dpo today for me, feeling ok, hope there is lotsa bfps this month

ChillOutChick · 23/04/2020 13:46

Im TTC my second baby now. First cycle this month and AF due on 29th.

I was suspicious that I was pregnant very early on with my first baby due to lack of pre-period symptoms. I would usually get really sore boobs immediately after ovulation which would last until the day my period came. I would know my period was coming because my boobs would just deflate that day. I didn't get sore boobs at all the month I conceived.

What's weird now is since breastfeeding my boobs are a bit deflated generally Grin, but they no longer get sore before my period so I've lost my one telltale sign!
