Just wondering if there's anybody else out there that's due their AF around the same time as me. I definitely ovulated last Tuesday as I've been using the Clearblue ovulation digital test, & I also felt pretty sharp pain coming from my left ovary that day. I'm now 5DPO & yesterday & today I've been getting a dull achiness on & off on my left side. If there is anyone that's around the same time as me, I just thought we could keep each other updated on our symptoms☺️ AF not due for another 10 days so I hope it's not coming early 🤞🏻

Morning all! How exciting for all those who tested positive again today, I don't think I've been in a group where so many have had good news all at once! I'm 10DPO today and my BFPs are getting stronger so I'm over the moon but cautious because of recent loss too! @Ashworth90 love that you caved and used the FRER, brilliant news! I'll be pulling out the bad boy (CB digital) tomorrow as I had a positive on their at 11DPO before.

Sending love to those in the background who haven't had their BFPs yet, fingers crossed it will happen soon xxx

mumoftwobeauts · 25/04/2020 09:09

@Chlo2701 I'm due 2nd May, currently 7/8dpo :)

bluemonday2020 · 25/04/2020 10:32

Hello ladies and congratulations on the BFP so far, this is definitely a lucky thread!!

I am 7/8 DPO, AF due on Wednesday the 29th. Did an IC yesterday and BFN. I don’t have any FRERs but I might go get some or order some. I might wait a few days again to test, I don’t want to feel disappointed Sad

I have had some AF type symptoms recently but could be in my head. Bbs are very hard and sore, have been very emotional and tired recently and felt a bit nauseous yesterday. Could be all in my head though!Hmm

Fingers crossed for all of the ladies still waiting for their bfp xxx

Elking18 · 25/04/2020 10:32

Well looks like I'm out for this month! AF arrived this morning, bang on time. Congratulations to all with positive tests!

Ashworth90 · 25/04/2020 11:16

@Elking18 I’m sorry 😞 lots of baby dust for next cycle!

@bluemonday2020 sore boobs are a usual for me in 2ww but I noticed this time round that my boobs had really big blue veins over them. I heard that was an early pregnancy sign. Keep an eye on the veins 😊

Trying2b · 25/04/2020 11:21

@elking18 sorry to hear that. Best of luck for next time xx

My symptoms this time have included rage!! I've been so quick to lose my shit this week! I've also had lower back ache and very sore boobs! Also noticed a weird metalic taste which I never have in my previous pregnancies. It wasn't all the time but I definitely wondered whether the milk was off a few times! X

Chlo2701 · 25/04/2020 14:25

Massive congratulations to all the new BFP's today!!!! Exciting times for you all💞💞💞
I'm in abit of a predicament today & have really confused myself even more🙈
I'm 11DPO today & caved, this is what happened......
I took a Sainsbury's own pregnancy test this morning but used my second wee of the morning. You can barely see a line so I think it's what people call an Evap line, & if I took a picture of it you definitely wouldn't be able to see it. Anyway curiosity got the better of me & ive just done a Clearblue test. Definitely no line on that one.
But for some reason I'm still holding out hope as today is the earliest day that my AF is due, I am getting some cramps but been having these since ovulation, haven't had any discharge for days, but my boobs are throbbing even more today & I can see prominent veins. I'm confused as my boobs don't usually throb like this & I don't normally have veiny boobs.
So I'm still trying to stay hopeful 🤞🏻

@Chlo2701 was the clearblue an early detection one? I must say I've never loved any of the CB. I always prefer a FRER but I know they're not that easy for everyone to get. I wouldn't worry too much. The first wee is probably the key thing at 11DPO. Try again tomorrow with first wee and hopefully you'll see something clearer. Fingers crossed xx

Ashworth90 · 25/04/2020 15:00

@Chlo2701 I have read a lot of bad things about the CB blue dye tests. My hubby picked up a box of 2 FRER at Boots this morning for £10. I bet if I did a CB it would be non-existent. The veiny boobs is a good sign!! I noticed the veins for about four days. Fingers crossed for you! 🤞🏻 X

Ary123 · 25/04/2020 15:06

I’ve just ordered some clear blue and first response tests off amazon they’re supposed to come tomorrow. Which one would you suggest to do? Never used either before. I only came off the pill on 29th March and had a five day period. I’m tempted to do a test. Would usually stop taking the pill again today and come on Sunday/Monday. Is there anyone that has just come off the pill recently, what were you periods like? How long does it take to have one? Sorry if I am changing the conversation a little. Hope you’re all having a lovely day. Xx

Popcat120 · 25/04/2020 15:09

@chlo2706 I also swear by frers. They've picked both my pregnancys up way early.

Crampy today, a mix of cramps and dull aches.
I used to get bad af cramps before my DS, but since having him, they've not happened, so this is unusual for me.
It's right above my public bone, lower middle tummy.

Chlo2701 · 25/04/2020 15:11

@Trying2b yes it was an early detection one, wasn't digital or anything. I'd probably had about 5 wees today by the time I'd actually took it.
I'm just holding onto hope that maybe I implanted late, & it's too early as I have read that some people don't get positive results until 13/14DPO 🤞🏻
@Ashworth90 I did look for a FRER at Sainsbury's yesterday but couldn't find any.
I've still got 1 Clearblue one left & 1 Sainsbury's one left, so if AF doesn't show up I'll test again Monday morning, going to try & resist testing tomorrow morning 🙈xx

@Popcat120 I really wish I'd ordered some FRERS now like everyone else🙈 anyway congratulations to you though hun😘 don't worry about the cramps, I know easier said than done, if only start worrying if I started bleeding like a period.
@Ary123 don't worry about changing the subject, this is what the threads are all about, so we can talk about ourselves & ask for advice, & support each other, that's what we're all here for.
I think everyone prefers the FRERs by the looks of it love. Sorry can't help you about the pill question as I've not taken it for years xx

@Ayr123 I took my last pill on 26th March so very similar to you. It should technically be my 'gap week' next week. I have worked out to expect my period on 28th April based on 14 days after I believe I ovulated.

I took a frer this morning at 10dpo bfn as suspected Sad. I know you aren't out until AF arrives but I can't help but feel I'm out as it was a 6 days sooner test and not a hint of a line.

I'm now going to have to anxiously wait for my period. Even though I believe I ovulated I'm terrified I won't get a period as it is my first month off the pill so my cycles could be completely out of sink. Currently cycle day 29!

Ary123 · 25/04/2020 15:35

Wow we are very similar then as I last took mine 27th. I feel like if my periods are late it will be because my body hasn’t adjusted to coming off the pill yet and will be irregular rather than pregnant. If my tests come tomorrow I may take one but I am trying to wait until Wednesday if my period hasn’t come by then! Fingers crossed for you, like you said your AF arrives so fingers crossed X x

Ary123 · 25/04/2020 15:38

Sorry I meant 27th the first time xx

mumoftwobeauts · 25/04/2020 15:42

@Leasha16 both my pregnancies the frer didn't show positive until 4 days before I was due my period. Got pregnant with my first child after 1 period off the pill which came 4 weeks after stopping (normal pill)

2nd child was the mini pill, only had a withdrawal then pregnant 5 weeks later.

I only stopped my pill on 15th April (last period 4th April - I still have normal periods) but ovulated sometime between 17th-20th (used an opk) so hoping it can happen first time again!! You're not ruled out yet just keep testing :)

Bic501 · 25/04/2020 16:13

@Ary123 @Leasha16 I came off my pill in jan, I had a 32 day cycle which was obv different to a 28day cycle on the pill. We didn't try January, tho I wish we had of started. So any we started trying in feb and my cycles have been 29 days and then 31 days again so couple of days out but nothing major.
@Chlo2701 I'm the same, my boobs are totalling killing me, which isn't like me awaiting af. Scared to test so gonna hold out to Monday or maybe Tuesday if I can xx

Leasha16 · 25/04/2020 16:54

It's nice to hear a good experience of cycles post pill @Bic501 I swear all I ready is horror stories where the pill has just messed women up! It's makes me so anxious lol. One positive thing is I had a positive OPK cycle day 18 and had a heavy amount of ewcm and ovulation pains so I'm really happy my body appears to have ovulated. And we dtd over the correct days although missed just after ovulation which now I'm thinking we should try next month... But all in all I would say my body seems to be 'working' so far which I'm pleased about.

Like you said @mumoftwobeauts I'll keep testing as I know I'm not out just yet. But if it's not this cycle I'm hoping I get lucky next time. It's nice to hear from people where post pill pregnancies haven't been difficult to achieve Grin x

LAG1986 · 25/04/2020 18:17

@Leasha16 have a period cycle or 2, so you know when your period is due, and how long your cycle is. Planning for ovulation will then be more accurate to conceive. Xx

Chlo2701 · 25/04/2020 19:10

@Bic501 what test are you going to use? I just wish we could fast forward to Monday 🙈 it's going to drag🙉x

Infused · 25/04/2020 19:21

Congrats to everyone who has got BFPs Smile and I'm really sorry for those who haven't this month.

I'm having strong cramps which I'm fairly sure is courtesy of AF although I haven't tested yet. Trying to sit on my hands and wait and see what happens on Mon/Tues

Chlo2701 · 25/04/2020 19:30

@Infused good luck for mon/tues. is that when your AF is due? How many DPO's do you think you are today? X

Bic501 · 25/04/2020 20:15

I have a FRER in the house although I never used that brand with my other pregnancies. IF I get a positive on those I have cb Digi Aswell to confirm hopefully. Still have super sore and veiny boobs. I had a look after @Ashworth90 mentioned hers lol 🙈 but my CM (tmi) isn't as much as it had been so 🤷🏼‍♀️ that's making me doubt. Have been crampy on and off today, not the constant cramps I have had...aw who knows TWW is defo the hardest part of the cycle xx

Ashworth90 · 25/04/2020 20:32

@Chlo2701 and @bic501... my CM is a lot less than normal. Don’t let CM make you think you might not be pregnant. I am somebody who normally has a lot and wears panty liners daily, but for the past week I have had barely any 🤞🏻 Never out until af arrives! And yes, keep checking the veins. Best symptom spot I researched online.
