Clomid cycle weird bleed help

Hi my partner and I have just had our first cycle of 50mg clomid. Usually when I have my period I'm heavy bleeder for five days but for two days I've been bleeding when I pee and a panty liner work hasn't been marked . I've had weight gain alot especially bloated and my tummy around my hip and C-section mark from previous pregnancy is slightly hardenig . Tested yesterday and got a BFN . Any one had a similar light bleed and can advice
