Hi I need some advice please I am currently trying to fall pregnant and have been tracking my cycles the past year. I am now on 8dpo and am due my period in 3 days. Here is a photo of an ovulation test I have just taken. I had a strong line yesterday but a positive today twice and I have gotten bfn from pg tests.

8DPO is early to detect HcG (which is what pregnancy tests test for) OPKs test for luteal hormone which is always present in small amounts, but this possibly positive for pregnancy, it just might be too early to get HcG yet. They’re not testing for the same things. Can you get a FRER and test again in a couple of days?

Thanks so much for your reply 🙂. Yes I will get a frer tomorrow and test. I have alot of poundshop cheapies so I am going to keep using them also a hopefully something comes up 🙏
