I've long had irregular bleeding due to PCOS/endo/fibroids
Recently had surgery for the endo but still having ongoing multiple episodes of bleeding per cycle which I thought would clear up post surgery.
My question is, once you have an abnormal bleed during the cycle, does that mean you can't conceive in that cycle? Because the uterine lining is disrupted right?
I'd be so grateful if anyone could help, I'm going mad with worry :(
