I decided to follow the SMEP this month after 3 cycles of BFN's. I was so upset last AF so DH promised to put more effort in and DTD more often this cycle. Some stats:

Cycle 4
33 yeo
On CD 17 and got my +OPK
DTD CD8, 10, 12 (skipped CD14 as DH couldn't perform due to pressure 
), 16 and today (CD17). Will DTD tomorrow (CD18) day after (CD19) and CD2. Trying to follow SMEP to the dot!
Would love to hear from anyone else who is/has followed SMEP!
