Hey ladies!
I just wanted to know what the best vitamins/supplements are to help try and conceive?
I'm taking pregnacare conception at the moment and awaiting some B6 to be delivered.

Are there any other vitamins that I could be taking to help my chances?

Agnus castus 🙌🏻

@NoCallerID

I've never heard of that! How does that work? X

It's a natural fertility booster that gently regulates hormones. If you google Agnus castus and fertility lots will come up.

Just bear in mind pregnacare conception already has vit B6 in it so there's no need to take additional B6 supplements. Too much of a vitamin is potentially more harmful than not enough I'd say so watch out!

Unless you eat lots of fish I'd say omega 3 as well as you're unlikely to be getting the recommended daily amount otherwise. Some governments/health professionals also suggest taking iodine tablets for the baby's development but that's up to you as it's not really a done thing in the UK.

@NoCallerID which Agnus castus tablets do you take? I’ve been looking on amazon and the dosage really varies, from 200mg to 2200mg and I have literally no idea where to start

@Juno231
You're right, I didn't even see that it had B6 in it the other night 😂 I've just ordered myself some omega 3's though! Thank you!

Oh and if you're a little bit older and need a boost then CoQ10 is meant to be good for egg health but maybe hold off on that until you're a few cycles in as it's meant to be a bit pricey!
