Help. Does sex cause this?!

I have had 3 chemical pregnancies in four months. So I test positive and 2-3 days later I spot and then after bleed for about 16 days.

Usually pregnancies are too early so nothing shows when I take the scan. I'm very disturbed at the moment. Don't know what to think especially due to this pandemic! I know they're too young but it still hurts regardless.
I have to re do the scan and take a full blood count and I don't even know what this means. I'm afraid Sex might be the cause. I honestly don't know what to think. Please help me.

I’m really sorry for all you’ve been through, it must be stressful ☹️
As far as I know, sex is completely harmless, I know sometimes spotting is normal if your cervix is softer but that only lasts very shortly after sex.

It sounds to me (this is purely speculation) you have no problems getting eggs fertilized, but the implantation isn’t 100% successful. Could be because your uterine wall isn’t thickening enough, or your diet is restricting blood flow etc. There’s a myriad of reasons why those beans don’t stick.
My advice would be to talk to your GP about possible hormonal supplements? Maybe progesterone or something to ensure those beans stick nice and good 🙂

I myself have this month tried the Brazil nut/ pineapple theory, currently 10DPO we’ll see if it works 🤞🏻 But I do know that caffeine and other dietary choices can possibly affect implantation...

Op sex is harmless. Also don't be so quick to blame yourself, nothing you are doing is causing this. However I would be concerned that the eggs are either failing to implant fully or your body/hormones don't rise enough to sustain a pregnancy. Have you had your thyroid checked out? Progesterone supplements might also be an option. I would absolutely look to your GP to commence investigations. That might mean waiting a few months as it won't be a priority atm, but I wouldn't accept a 'wait and see' if that was the attitude taken.
