Been told I will likely need help with conception following a laparoscopy which diagnosed endometriosis and polycystic ovaries and a tilted womb. Irregular periods (avg cycle 58 days but can be between 30-100 days) so hard to track but TTC naturally as of the past month or so as not in a desperate hurry to commence treatment and would like to try naturally before starting treatment. I'm 29 and this is our first attempt at pregnancy.

Anyone else had similar reproductive issues but managed to conceive naturally?
