6 or 7 days post ovulation

Last Sunday afternoon I got a positive ovulation test.

Am I 6 or 7 days post ovulation?

You're 7 DPO today. So 6 yesterday when you asked the question. Hope that helps.

An OPK test tells you when your LH surge is, which comes about 24-36 hours before you ovulate. It doesn’t say the day you ovulate. This is good because you want to be DTD on the run up to ovulation so the sperm is waiting, rather than on the day. So if your surge was Sunday you ovulated Monday, possibly Tuesday morning (hard to be exact, BBT alongside is helpful) so I’d say you’re 7 DPO today, but could be 6

If you can, do your bbt alongside using opks. I ovulate the same day as my positive opk, but that's not usual. I would work on the basis that you ovulate the day after your positive.
