Hey guys,

I'm 12dpo today and took a "baby plan" pregnancy test (which is supposed to be the cheaper equivalent of frer) it showed up within the 3 minutes.
I'm due my period on Sunday at 14dpo.
I had a misscarriage on the 17th march and took a test a week after to ensure I wasn't still pregnant

I got two very faint lines (I had to take it out the case cos the glare was skewing the picture on my phone)

Clear blue rapid detection was a negative.

I also track my heart rate on Fitbit and today it dropped by 2bpm after being the same for 6 days, this happened when I misscarried (albeit over a few more days) so now I'm in a panic.

What do you think?
Also I know everyone says this 😂....but it does look more obvious in person.

I can see a very faint line but because it’s out of the case- it’s hard to say...
Try in two days, if it’s the start of something it will be much clearer x

Alicespring · 10/04/2020 20:09

@SunnySideUp2020

Thank you 🙂

See if it's out the case is that more likely to be a false positive, although the faint line was there before I opened it. (I'm still quite new to this, and had seen a lot of people take them out too) x

Yep I see it

BuffaloCauliflower · 11/04/2020 10:25

They’re invalid if you take them out of the case as it can make the dye run. Test again today or tomorrow

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 11:04

@BuffaloCauliflower

They did show before I had taken them out the case I just did that so there was a better picture. Took a clear blue this morning though and looks negative so maybe a chemical or dodgey tests.

Clearblue are the least sensitive. It could be a chemical, could also be a bit too early still. Maybe wait a couple of days and try with a pink dye test?

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 11:16

@BuffaloCauliflower

I've ordered some more pick dye ones from Amazon so they should come hopefully soon but with the virus everything is taking ten times longer 😂 hoping it's just a bit too early, due on tomorrow though and usually like clockwork. Think I'll wait till at least Monday

Good luck Smile

SunnySideUp2020 · 11/04/2020 16:02

I can see something on the clearblue but still very faint obviously...
Or am i imagining things 🤨

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 17:55

@SunnySideUp2020 I thought that to but didn't want to say and hoped someone else would pick up on it too 😂😂 I've just done another one there , don't judge me I'm a serial poas addict and I had one CB left and 1 internet cheapy. Convinced I can see faints on them both...

SunnySideUp2020 · 11/04/2020 18:18

@Alicespring i mean it is faint but there!

Hope you get a nice line on a frer tomorrow or in a couple of days x

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 18:27

@kell2126 @SunnySideUp2020

Thanks guys....nice to know I'm not totally mad and you can see it too!

It is definitely faint so fingers crossed it gets darker, saying to myself I'll hold off till Monday to retest but I have horrible self control 😂

I can see a faint line in both. Hope your pink line tests come soon Smile

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 19:05

@BuffaloCauliflower

Yay thanks! I'm trying hard not to get excited 🙈 they're not getting delivered till Tuesday so I've got a few days to obsess over this 😂

BuffaloCauliflower · 11/04/2020 19:12

Just long enough to drive you completely mad I should think! Your period will at least be late by then, if it doesn’t come

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 19:14

@BuffaloCauliflower

Oh definitely 😂
Doesn't feel like it's coming tomorrow either so taking that as a good sign 🤞

I see the lines faintly good luck looks promising Smile

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 20:44

@raspberryjamlove
Thank you! I've been here before so cautiously optimistic 😂🤞

I hate blue dye tests and would discount the Clearblue but your IC from today does have a line and despite them saying they’re mega sensitive, it used to take me forever to get a line on those. I’d definitely be cautiously optimistic.

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 20:57

@Postspecific

I've been googling like a maniac today and saw that quite alot about clear blue/blue dye in general. The two yesterday were pink too so that's something I suppose, just need to wait for the frer/AF to arrive for the definitive answer but it's not coming fast enough 😂

OP posts:
Postspecific · 11/04/2020 21:32

Yesterday’s weren’t a bad line either, but it really does make a difference to take it apart. Are you out of tests now?

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 21:38

@Postspecific

They did still look very visible in the case which is what made me take them out but I know for next time 🙈
I still have about 4 CB but I'm not keen on using them. Though with my first pregnancy I got an undeniable line 1 day late for AF (see below, from Nov) so that's also got me worrying cos it's nowhere near as dark for being a day before 😕

@Alicespring that clear blue looks positive to me I can see a line

Alicespring · 11/04/2020 22:00

@marshallrubblechaserockyzoomer

I though that too but have read so much stuff about them being bad for evap lines that I'm starting to question it 😭 cos you can see how glaringly obvious my one from Nov was in comparison to now, this whole TTC thing is stressful 😂
