Hi all, sorry, was just a bit confused - are your 'weeks pregnant' counted from the first day of your last period, or from ovulation/when you conceived?

I thought it was the first but I'm sure I've seen sites calculate it differently when looking for 'symptoms by week' online...

Usually first day of last period but I think some countries do it based on conception date (France comes to mind for some reason) so I would perhaps stick to UK websites when checking this kind of stuff?

@Lily501 ha how random! I only remembered that as it affects their length of pregnancy calcs. Ie here pregnancy is 40 weeks but I guess it's 38 in France?
