Hi!
So me and DH have just decided to tentatively start TTC DC2! We have a 16 MO DD who took nearly 2 years to conceive so we are expecting no2 to take a while...may get a surprise though! I’ve got another 10 days or so of this pack of pills left but after that we’ll be trying! Anyone else TTC No2?

I'm trying for my 2nd. My daughter (also 16 months) was Ivf and I thought I couldn't conceive naturally however I had a suprise bfp in march which sadly ended in misscarriage at 7 weeks. I am hopeful that I can get pregnant again naturally 🤞.

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage Quail15 Will keep everything crossed for you that it happens naturally again🤞 We had just been referred for IVF when I got my BFP with DD so also hoping we can conceive again naturally this time round too.

Hi both. Finishing my final pack of pills this month too. DD is 2 next week. Both DH and I are in fairly difficult positions work wise at the moment due to everything that is going on so we are probably going to put off actually TTC for a couple more months until we have more job security but I want to give my body a few months pill free before we start trying anyway, and to get a bit fitter! But feeling excited! Are you planning to use OPKs?

Hi aspenn17 sounds like you’ve got a good plan! I’m gonna try and not use OPKs to begin with as I got very obsessed last time especially as it took so long. Want to keep things as stress free as poss so just gonna come off pill and have a chilled few months I think before I dive back in fully no doubt! I had reflexology the cycle I got pregnant last time so might give that a go again in a few months too.

Hello ladies, I’m in a similar position, we have a 16mo and are going to try for NO:2 in the next cycle although the current climate has made us doubt whether that’s the best thing to do - has anyone else felt this? We sadly suffered a MMC at the end of last year which was devastating so think I’m just quite cautious now but don’t want to leave it too long until we start TTC and keep thinking will there ever be a right time!!!

Not sure whether to go full throttle and use OPK or not. We fell pregnant with DC after 4 cycles and without tracking anything. Then again by surprise last year a couple of weeks after I stopped bf but the obviously wasn’t meant to be. Have any of you used OPK in the past?

Sending a lot of love and baby dust to you ladies xxx

Hi @Britannah, yes another reason I am planning to come off contraception soon but then wait 2/3 months to actually start trying, hoping things will be looking a bit more positive by then. Very sorry to hear about your miscarriage, and yours @Quail15. I lost my DDs twin at about 10 weeks (vanishing twin syndrome) so feeling a little more anxious than the first time TTC. @OpticVA I have never used OPKs before, I used an app to track my cycles last time and we were very lucky and got pregnant very quickly, so will probs just use the app to start with. I don’t really know anything about reflexology but interested to hear more about it, what does that involve?

Hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather. How are you finding lockdown with little ones? X
