Puzzling opk / ovulation test results?!!

So I have been tracking ovulation using the easy@home tests which have always gave me clear results (in the photo you can see the easy@home test above is a clear positive) but I also tried using an IC brand of Amazon (core test I think it's called) and it has never given me a positive, even when the easy@home has shown peak fertility. In the photo attached both tests were taken at the same time with same urine but the IC brand is clearly a negative. What test should I trust?!

Hmm that’s really bizarre. I’d go with the positive just in case and DTD. I use the IC green amazon ones and they’ve always been fine for me. Unless this is just a dodgy test?

Thanks for your reply. I don't think it's a dodgy test as this isn't the first time this has happened. Even when I've had strong positives on the easy@home tests I've only ever had faint lines on this other brand. Its so strange.

I can't help much but you're not alone! I use one step strips and never get a true positive on them, although they do show a line progression from blank to a dark line over a couple of days. I also use Femometer strips which don't show me any line progression but will go from blank to properly positive if I use them at the right time, and then blank again. I find it very confusing as the one step tests are more expensive and seem to be more sensitive but never go positive. When I've tried CB digitals I always get a static smiley too 😊
