Hi ladies,

Just a curious question really....has anyone conceived on the mini pill?

I have a 5 month old baby, who I'm BF and I'm on the mini pill. I missed 2 tablets about 10 days ago and am now a little anxious. I've been having quite bad cramps for the last couple days. Has anyone ever been in this situation.

We wanted a 18month gap so wouldn't be a problem if I was pregnant. Just not sure when to test as I don't have periods on this pill.

Did you take extra precautions after missing the 2 pills? Your title is misleading as you could be pregnant from taking the mini pill incorrectly.

I wasn't really sure what to tittle the topic to be entirely honest 🙈.

I didn't take extra precautions, I didn't even realise I had missed any until I went to take one. I have ordered some pregnancy tests but not really sure when I would need to take one as I've not had a period since I gave birth

Is it not something like 14 days after sex for a test? Were you actively having sex when you missed them? It takes 2 days of taking the mini pill to be covered again

NHS seems to say 21 days after

We had sex once, during this period so probably unlikely. I bought some tests today just encase they arrive tomorrow....really hard to tell
