How many dpo to test positive?

Hi everyone!
Feeling like I could be pregnant and could just do with some advice!
I've been having quite a few symptoms but don't know if this is just af on the way!

• Sore boobs
• Cramping
• Bloated
• Implantation bleeding? (this was on 7dpo, is this too early?), it was a watery pink colour and lasted 2-3 hours
• Nausea on the days around possible implantation bleeding
• Fullness feeling/pressure in the lower abdomen

I'm now 10dpo, do you think it'd be worth taking a test or should I wait until af is due?
If anyone can say how many dpo they were when they tested positive that would be great!

Symptoms are hit and miss tbh I wouldn't rely on those. What type of tests do you have? Digitals aren't great for early detection. Line tests like first response or similar are good. There are varying reports re Clear blue tests for early detection but a dip test is a dip test imo. Tbh I think the cheap dip strips are good as well. If you had some of those I'd say test away. But if you only have digitals then wait.
