Basal temp dropping

I've tracked my basal temp for around six months and thought I had a good handle on it.

My temperature goes up and down during my period, but as soon as that's over it sits happily at around 36.5 until ov. Then it dips for one day only to usually 36.3 or lower. One time it dipped to 36.03, but mostly it's 36.3.

Then it shoots up to 36.7 and stays there or higher until mean aunt flow visits.

Very reliable. I've got this basal temp thing down I thought.

But no. Business as usual for the first three days of my period. Then it shoots down to 36.35 which it's never done before outside of an ov drop. I checked my LH levels in case, but they've stayed low throughout this drama.

One day blip I thought. Weird, but ok. Then 36.41 which again is weirdly low for me, 36.06 (only been this low once on an ov day), then back to the 36.30s for two days.

What is going on? Any ideas?

Nothings changed with me. I'm a keyworker so as active as usual bar a week stuck at home due to a cold causing me to isolate two weeks ago (though ended up doing housework and dismantling furniture for most of it, so only lying in bed for maybe two days of that).

The only other thing that's changed is my LH levels are less wacky. They've always been high for pretty much all my cycle except during my period. I started taking inositol a couple months ago and decided to ask about PCOS if it kept going.

Then at the start of March I had a horrible heavy period. Giant monster clots and pad completely soaked every time you stand up kind of thing. I actually got a little whoozy after a couple of days of it. From the following cycle onwards I get low most of the time and highs only around ovulation. (could be that monster period is just a coincidence and the inositol finally started working?)

Just posting this here in case any of you experts has any ideas. Does BBT go down in summer? Is my body playing an april fools prank on me? Anyone have a few seconds to throw some more possibilities at me?
