Faint positives after missed miscarriage

Hi,

I found out I had a missed miscarriage at my 12 weeks scan, unfortunately our little angel baby’s heart stopped beating at 9 weeks. I had my surgical removal op on the 28th of feb. I started testing to see when they would start going negative as of 3 weeks from the op and still tested 1-2 weeks on a digital, i then started testing the 1£ test strips which were differing between faint positives to negatives so I called the dr and had a blood test which the dr has called and asked me to go back for another as the hcg was still quite high but not high enough for pregnancy. Since then I had a 3 day light bleed/spot starting from the 1st of April and tested on the first response and got 2 faint lines. One I tested yesterday around 3pm is the strongest and one I took this morning about 8am which is barely visible but enough to see a line.

Could it be possible to be pregnant again????

I’m going through exactly the same thing! I had a missed miscarriage in February, I was 9 weeks but baby stoped growing at 7. I went for a scan at my EPU on Wednesday 19th feb where the pregnancy was still in my womb and had to go back on the 25th of feb to see if I would need any treatment. I passed the pregnancy myself on Thursday 20th feb and the second scan on the 25th confirmed this and there was no tissue left.I had a negative test on the 4th March. I had my 1st period on the 22nd of March and have started spotting a little today. I have taken a pregnancy test and it’s positive two weeks after my period, I’ve spoken to a midwife and have just been told to wait a week and test again

I should’ve stuck to the same tests but I’ve been mixing and matching so that’s scrambling my brain as I’m getting different results! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the dr wants me back for another blood test because she can see something is happening but I don’t want to get my hopes up too much.
I’ve not had many symptoms apart from needing the toilet more and bloating. I’m also going off food and that’s unlike me!!

I’m unsure on how to post photos else I would post some of my tests as I’m unsure on wether they are evap lines or faint positives x

I haven’t had any symptoms either- my boobs feel a tiny bit more firm but that’s it. I’m going to test on Friday and then ring my gp if it’s still positive.

Yeah mine are feeling quite firm! I don’t seem to have the paper clip icon I only have an emoji one and a tag one. X

I’m not sure then sorry. My tests seem much more faint today compared to yesterday. Not sure what’s going on to be honest.

Yeah mine go through days where they will be really faint that I class them as a negative and the another day be a deffo positive. It’s very confusing I would just rather know.. hopefully you get the results you want! Fingers crossed for you. My moods are terrible atm I can go from laughing to screaming in anger in a second! Hopefully my bloods tomorrow will confirm x

Thank you I will do! Just had my second lot of bloods taken, the nurse said they are confused by my first results as they aren’t suggesting pregnancy but they also are showing there’s something so I really hope I get some luck ❤️
