Feel ill after ovulation

About 2 or 3 days post ovulation (swear I ovulated on 2nd April) and woken up with an awful head cold and bunged up / sniffling, some pains in lower pelvis too under belly button. can this be a thing after ovulation I.e lowered immune system? Haven't had a cold in about 18 months so weird one :( trust me to catch one now. Definitely not the corona either cause I've been self isolating 😂

I've read somewhere before that immune system can take a dip after ovulation and to assist implantation so that the body is less likely to fight against an embryo trying to implant

(The couple of times I've had a BFP has usually been after a snotty nose that came and went within a few hours)

The last 2 months I noticed I had a sore throat around my ovulation date!
