Hello ladies. Been TTC for about 8 mths now and trying the opk tests.
Can anyone give me pointers as never used them before. I have started testing the day after AF . Thanks x

Hello. Check the opk instructions but you should def not be testing this early on. Assuming a regular 28 day cycle I think most of them as you to test from CD8 onwards. Also check whether it says to use first morning urine or not and how many hours to hold your urine for before you test. Also make sure you don't drink loads before testing as you'll dilute it.

If you're using the strips and not CB I'd recommend using an app like femometer which interprets the strips and logs them for you. Once you get a high result start testing twice a day in case you miss your peak.

Once you have a peak, DTD every day for 2-3 days and you should be covered 🙏
