Hi Everyone, I’m new to mumsnet and was wondering if any of you have had any positive experiences with Inofolic? My gynaecologist has recommended them to help to get pregnant.

Hi Geor03. I have just started taking this around 2 weeks ago after reading some positive stuff about it on here I thought it must be worth a shot. If you do a search on inofolic you'll find a number of threads with peoples experiences.

Anyone taking Levothyroxine, can you help me know how you place the dosages of Inofolic alpha?

Should it be on empty stomach? After thyroid pill and before bfast? How long should be the gap after taking morning dosage and eating bfast?

How to place the night dosage after dinner?
